As an alternative to the percentage commission that an affiliate can receive for a referred sale, you can now offer a flat rate dollar commission.
An affiliate commission amount can be set at each member plan level or for each product in the shopping cart.
Flat Rate for Member Plans
Member Plans can be edited under Members Edit Member Plans
Affiliate Commisions
Select 'Flat Rate' and enter in a dollar amount. The same process can be used to set the affiliate commission in the 'Super Affiliate Commission' field.
Flat Rate for Products
Shopping Cart Products can be edited under Commerce Shopping Cart Add/Edit Products
Affiliate Commisions
Under the 'Item Pricing' section, select 'Flat Rate' and enter in a dollar amount. The same process can be used to set the affiliate commission in the 'Super Affiliate Commission' field.
